Where creativity meets leadership
Coaching and development for thoughtful leaders doing work that matters across the arts, culture, education, charity and public sectors.
Work isn't everything, but when the role you do reflects what's important to you, leadership becomes about more than performance or progression. It becomes personal.
Somewhere along the way you became responsible for budgets, politics and governance, while trying to stay true to the values that brought you here in the first place.
You are under pressure to create meaningful change while navigating bureaucracy, competing agendas and exhausted teams. It can feel like carrying everyone else’s priorities.
My job is to give you somewhere to stop, slow down and think.
Depending on what you need, that might be through coaching, leadership development, facilitated workshops or consultancy.
I often bring art and objects into coaching. The focus isn’t on making art, but on making meaning. My clients are surprised by how quickly these approaches help them think differently. You can find more about my art coach training and museum learning background here.

25+ Years in leadership, learning and organisational development. 1,200+ coaching hours. Coach, facilitator and cultural-sector consultant.
Before becoming a coach, I spent my career leading learning, engagement and research across museums and cultural organisations. Working with communities, partners and organisations taught me that meaningful leadership is about creating the conditions for people, ideas and relationships to flourish. That perspective shapes how I coach, facilitate and support leaders today.

Client feedback
When I started working with Lucie, I was stepping into a new leadership role and carrying a sense of dread I couldn’t quite name. I’m a practical person, so I was initially sceptical about using art. However, it very quickly helped me understand what was really going on beneath all the mental noise.
Esther, Operations Director, Vocational learning
I came into coaching with Lucie feeling pretty stuck - a lot of fear, low confidence, and constantly going round in circles trying to figure out my direction. I had no idea what to expect from a creative approach, but it ended up helping me see things in a completely different way.
Dan, Brand Strategist
I came to coaching wanting to build my confidence as a leader, particularly in peer environments where I often felt self-doubt, despite running a successful business. Working with Lucie helped me realise I was further along than I gave myself credit for.
Amy, Early years learning Director
What it's like to work together
I work best with people who enjoy thinking and exploring ideas. My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you notice patterns, unpick complexity and make sense of whatever you're facing, whether that's a difficult decision, a leadership challenge or a bigger question about where you're heading next.
I work with individuals, teams and organisations through 1:1 coaching, workshops, training and facilitated sessions. Most of my work takes place online. I also work face to face across London and the South east for training and group work.
Every organisation has its own culture, language and history. Before we decide how to work together, I want to understand yours. Rather than arriving with a fixed process, I start by understanding your context, what's already working and what you're hoping will be different.
My work is informed by person-centred, transformational and arts-based coaching, alongside 25 years of learning and organisational development work across the cultural and public sectors. Read more.
In sessions, we may use grounding and creative exercises. I’ll always invite you (or your team) to engage with these approaches in a way that feels comfortable.
